잿빛 땅 (Ashland) 개인정보처리방침
Requin Games(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 「잿빛 땅 (Ashland)」(이하 "게임")을 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 개발자는 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 같은 정보를 직접 수집하지 않으며, 게임에는 회원가입이 없습니다.
1. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
게임 진행 상황(영지, 소지품, 퀘스트, 설정)과 게임 내 플레이 기록(세션 시작·종료, 제작·건설·전투·탐험 같은 게임 이벤트, 광고 시청·구매 이벤트, 오류 요약, 주기적 성능 수치)은 이용자의 기기 안의 파일에만 저장되며, 현재 버전에서는 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 이후 서버 기반 기능이나 플레이 기록 전송을 추가하면 이 방침을 먼저 갱신해 알립니다.
2. 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보

3. 맞춤형 광고와 선택권
유럽경제지역·영국·스위스 등 동의가 필요한 지역의 이용자에게는 처음 실행할 때 광고 동의 창이 표시되며, 게임 설정의 "광고 개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 모든 이용자는 기기 설정(Android: 설정 › Google › 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤형 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 상품을 구매하면 광고 시청 없이 보상을 받을 수 있습니다.
4. 아동
게임은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보가 처리된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제 조치를 요청하겠습니다.
5. 보관 및 파기
개발자가 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제되며, 제3자 서비스의 보관 기간은 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.

Ashland Privacy Policy
Requin Games ("we") provides the mobile game Ashland ("the Game"). We do not collect your name, phone number or email, and the Game has no accounts.
1. Data kept on your device
Game progress (settlement, inventory, quests, settings) and a local play log (session start and end, gameplay events such as crafting, building, combat and exploration, ad and purchase events, error summaries, periodic performance figures) are stored only in files on your device. In the current version they are not sent to our servers. They are removed when you uninstall the Game. If we later add server-based features or upload play logs, we will update this policy first.

3. Personalized ads and your choices
Users in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions that require consent see a consent form on first launch and can change their choice any time under Settings › Ad privacy settings in the Game. Anyone can reset the advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in the device settings. Buying the ad-removal product lets you collect rewards without watching ads.
4. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that data from a child under 13 has been processed, we will request its deletion promptly.
5. Retention
We hold no personal data. Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the Game; third-party retention follows each service's policy.
